With Valentine’s Day round the corner, the air is thick with the scent of love and romance. It’s the one day when fairy tales are supposed to come alive! The day for professing ones loves through cards and gifts.
However, when it comes to gifting, most people find their brains fogged and “WHAT TO BUY???” seems to be the niggling question on every one’s mind. You obviously want to gift something special and unique so your loved one remembers you forever.
This Valentine’s Day, get creative and unconventional! Put some thought and feeling into your gifts – gifts that will delight your beloved and definitely make you unforgettable! Here are some ideas:
A Holiday – If this is not your first Valentine’s Day together, you can surprise your soul mate with a perfectly planned holiday! Whether the location is half way across the globe, or a cozy inn on the outskirts of the city, it doesn’t matter. It’s the thought that counts, and this is a beautiful thought.
Make it - Nothing says ‘I Love You’ better than hard work! So anybody with an ounce of creativity and some serious dedication can always create something beautiful like a video montage or even a pair of painted sneakers! The idea is to try and express your love……
Digital Photo Frames – You can make this extra special by uploading the digital photo frame with a large number of photographs of those precious moments that you and your loved one have shared! Reliving happy memories always strengthens the bond of love.
Gadgets - If you think that it’s too impersonal, you can always change that…. If it is a phone or an i-pod that you are gifting, you can upload his or her favourite songs onto it.
Clothes - When nothing else seems to work out, clothes save the day. However, while shopping for clothes, make sure they are not the ‘everyday’ type, but instead they should say ‘You are special and I want you to know that.’ The more daring ones might want to flirt with some sensuous lingerie!
Make sure you combine your gift with roses and a box of chocolates – you can never go wrong with that! Happy Valentine’s Day!
